青光眼术后应用降眼压药物的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼术后应用降眼压药物的临床疗效。方法选取青光眼术后并发高眼压患者100例为研究对象,基于随机原则将其分为4组,每组25例,A组患者给予β阻滞剂;B组患者给予曲伏前列素;C组患者给予β阻滞剂+碳酸酐酶抑制剂;D组患者给予曲伏前列素+碳酸酐酶抑制剂。比较4组患者的降眼压效果。结果 4组患者降眼压效果比较,C组患者降压效果最为理想。结论对青光眼术后并发高眼压患者予以药物治疗时,相关药物的联合应用效果明显优于单独应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of postoperative glaucoma intraocular pressure lowering drug application.Methods Selection of glaucoma complicated with postoperative high intraocular pressure in 100 patients as the research object,based on the principle of random divided into 4 groups,25 cases in each group,the A group of patients treated with beta blockers;B group were treated with travoprost;C group were treated with beta blocker,carbonic anhydrase inhibitors;D group were treated with travoprost ＋ carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. Comparison of 4 groups of patients with ocular hypotensive effect.Results Comparison of 4 groups of patients with intraocular pressure lowering effect,the most ideal antihypertensive effect for patients in group C.Conclusion The drug therapy in patients with ocular hypertension glaucoma after operation, the combined application effect is better than the application of related drugs.
