摘 要:目的对2014年8月至10月我院接受诊疗的季节性发热症状为主、怀疑登革热人群感染情况进行总结。方法 455例怀疑登革病毒感染病例中,采用ELISA检测方法对146例疑似病例进行登革病毒NS1抗原检测,采用RT-QPCR方法对309例疑似病例进行登革病毒核酸检测,其中采用两种方法共同检测共76例。结果登革病毒NS1检测阳性率达43.1%,RT-QPCR检测阳性率达44.1%,两种方法检测阳性率无统计学差异。其中,重症登革热预警病例8例,登革Ⅱ型病例11例。结论 2014年秋季广州市登革热处于疫情爆发期,重型病例较以往明显增多,同时今年新出现Ⅱ型病例明显增多,需要卫生部门加以注意,协同居民加强蚊媒传播疾病防治工作。Objective To analyze the situation of dengue infection among outpatient clients in our hospital mainly with seasonal fever syndrome from August to October, 2014. Methods Among 455 clients with suspicious fever, 146 cases were tested by ELISA with dengue NS1 and 309 cases were tested by dengue RT-QPCR reagents. And 76 cases were tested by both two methods. Results Positive rate of dengue ELISA test was 43.1% in 146 cases, and the positive rate of RT-QPCR test was 44.1% in 309 cases, including 8 potential server cases and 11 cases of dengue type Ⅱ . There was no significant difference between the two test methods. Conclusions There was a dengue outbreak in Guangzhou and the dengue virus type Ⅱ infection also showed an inclination of increase this autumn. A corporation between the local residents and the health organization of mosquito extermination is urgent and important.
