铸铁冷却壁套管钻铁水现象的工艺研究

摘　　要：在铸造生产过程中,高炉冷却壁经常出现套管钻铁水现象,严重影响铸件质量并导致产品报废。文中从实际出发,系统分析了这一现象产生的原因,探索了几条有效解决该问题的工艺办法,取得了较为满意的效果。In the casting process, because the liquid iron flows into the casing clearance between the inner and outer casting iron cooling walls of blast furnace,the quality of cooling wall are scrapped. Several technical methods are proposed for solving the problem.
