摘　　要：对轴类零件的90°键槽加工方法进行探讨,通过对比常规金属切削加工方法找出不足,提出更加合理的加工方案,以期能够进一步提高90°双键槽的形位精度。Machining methods of the shaft keyways at 90 degrees to each other. Comparing with the conventional metal cutting method, a new reasonable processing program is proposed to improve the shape and position accuracy.
