盘磨机直齿磨片的设计与选择

摘　　要：虽然磨浆技术已经比较成熟,但国内对磨片的选择和使用上还有一些误区,有些纸厂还停留在用一副磨片对应多种原料的现状,忽略磨片的自身特性,发挥不了磨片最优性能。本文从原料、能耗、磨浆强度和浓度、盘磨机性能、磨片磨损和制造工艺等方面对磨片参数作了阐述,介绍了如何合理选择与设计磨片。Although the refi ning technology is relatively mature, there are many errors in selection and use of refi ning plate. Some factory has still been remaining in the status with a corresponding pair for grinding a variety of different materials, the own characteristics of the refining plate itself has been ignored. From the raw materials, energy consumption, refining intensity and refining, disc refiner perfor mance, plate wear and other aspects of the manufacturing process, how to select reasonably the plate pattern and designing parameters was described in this paper.
