摘　　要：以方块地毯包装机为研究对象,介绍了地毯堆垛、整理装箱、存箱、成箱和包箱5个模块的结构,并给出了各部分的气动原理图;分析了运动工艺流程对包装性能和包装效率的影响,得到了提高生产效率的方法;阐释了并发运行对系统工作压力的影响,并提出增加合适的贮能器可以消除这一影响。Regarding the square carpet machines as the research object,the structure of packaging machine and pneumatic system were introduced. The structure included carpet stacking,sorting packing,storage,forming boxes and packaging. Then the performance and packaging efficiency were analyzed based on the process of packaging,acquiring the methods of improving production efficiency. Finally the impacts of concurrent operating on system working pressure were investigated,which could be eliminated by increasing suitable energy storage.
