摘　　要：针对目前用于加工汽车车门框类产品的普通圆锯机锯切效率低的问题,自行开发了一种能够提高生产效率的新型型材金属双头锯切机,并介绍该设备的机械结构、液压设备。该设备具有一定的推广价值。Aiming at low efficiency when ordinary circular saw machine was used to process automobile door frame,a new metal profiles double section sawing machine was developed. The mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the equipment were illustrated. The device has a certain popularization value.
