摘　　要：中药紫菀为菊科多年生草本植物紫菀的干燥根茎,味辛、苦,性温,归肺经,具有润肺下气、止咳化痰平喘的作用,是临床常用的润肺祛痰止咳药。近代药理学研究表明,紫菀中化学成分含量丰富,主要有萜类、肽类、黄酮类、有机酸类等;其药理学作用也十分广泛,有抗菌、抗肿瘤、镇咳祛痰平喘、抗病毒、抗氧化活性等作用。近年来紫菀的研究主要集中在止咳化痰以及抗肿瘤等方面,其他方面的药理作用却有待于进一步研究。通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了紫菀的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,整理了紫菀研究的基本信息,以期为紫菀的进一步研究提供参考。Medicine Astertataricus is the dried root or rhizome of Asteraceae herb Aster,which is spicy,bit-ter,warm,and belongs to lung meridian,with the function of moistening lung for arresting cough,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma.Aster tataricus is commonly used in clinical as antitussive and expectorant a-gent.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Astertataricus are rich of chemical composition,in-cluding terpenes,peptides,flavonoids,organic acids,etc.;and its pharmacological effect is also very exten-sive,like the antibacterial action,antitumor,antitussive and expectorant action,antiviral effect,antioxidant activity and so on.The recent research on Aster tataricus mainly focused on arresting cough,resolving phlegm and anti-tumor,but there need further study on other areas of Aster.We summarized the research progress on chemical composition and drug actions of Aster tataricus.Hopefully,the article could provide some reference for exploitation and further studies on Astertataricus.
