摘  要:路面超荷载承重对沥青路面的损伤较大,研究超荷载运作下的弹性恢复机制,对道路铺设的改进设计和维护保养具有重要意义。采用单调加载和二级等幅疲劳加载的试验方法,测量沥青混合拌料合成型路面在各损伤状态下的预应力弹性恢复应力变化和挠度的变化,并记录裂缝开展的情况,进行动力测试获得路面在超荷载下的振动加速度信号,在弹性恢复测试中,测试内容主要包括:荷载-位移曲线、路面的应变及变形等。水平荷载采取位移控制加载量,得到在不同超荷载弹性恢复机制下的路面抗裂横向特征分析,得到沥青混料抗裂层应力模型和限载三线型力学分析模型,确定车辆荷载效应分布模型对限载取值的影响程度。试验得出,该方案机制能定量分析超荷载下的弹性恢复机制,准确地进行超荷载下的路面弹性恢复预测研究,提高公路的抗裂和抗荷载能力,以及合成型沥青路面的弹性恢复能力。The pavement load bearing on asphalt is taken inside the great damage of overload operation, the elastic recovery mechanism, and it has great significance to improved design of road construction and maintenance. Test method for the monotonic loading and grade two fatigue loading, the stress variation and deflection elastic recovery measurements of asphalt mixed materials in the synthesis of pavement damage condition, and record the state of crack, vibration acceleration signal is obtained in the dynamic test of pavement under load, the elastic recovery test in the test, mainly includes: the load displacement curves, strain and deformation of the pavement. The horizontal load by displacement control loading, get on the pavement cracking transverse feature mechanism under the recovery of different load elastic analysis of asphalt mixture layer, get cracking stress model and limit analysis model contained three linear mechanics, to determine the degree of influence the effect of vehicle load distribution model of the limit load. Experiment shows that this scheme can quantitatively analyze under load elastic recovery mechanism, it can accurately pavement elastic super load prediction of recovery, and increase the crack resistance and the load capacity, and the synthesis of asphalt pavement elastic recovery ability.
