摘　　要：基于时代发展的需要,各个行业都在开展信息化建设,检验检疫部门采用引入数据交换和接口等设置对系统进行了集成,并通过数据交换模块使系统更加灵活,提高系统对该项工作的管理效率,改进系统公文数据的管理模式,通过上述这些设计,得出结论要对交换数据进行签名及加密处理以生成交换数据,对所接收到的交换数据进行解密处理以传输交换数据,最后就是对已经经过解密的交换数据进行入库操作,在研究设计的系统中是可以实现的。various industries are to carry out the informatization construction based on the needs of the development of era,inspection and quarantine departments had used the Settings such as the introduction of data exchange and interface to the system integration, and through the data exchange module, make the system more flexible, improve the efficiency of system, the management of the work, improving the system of official data management model, through these design, draw the conclusion to the exchange of data for signature and encryption processing to generate data exchange, to receives the encrypted exchange data processing in order to exchange data, the last is to decrypt the has been the exchange of data warehousing operation, in the system of study design is achievable.
