摘　　要：中医动物模型的建立在经方研究中发挥着重要作用。文章介绍了慢性阻塞性肺病模型、卵清蛋白致敏支气管哮喘小鼠模型、大鼠直肠半结扎模型、胃溃疡大鼠模型、大鼠胃电节律失常模型在经方研究中的应用。从造模方法、体会及经方研究三方面进行介绍。Building traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） animal model plays an important role in researching classic TCM formu-la.In this article, we introduced our experiences in building animal model for the research of classic TCM formula, ie.chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（COPD） model, Ovalbumin sensitized bronchial asthma mice model, rectal semi ligation rat model, gastric ulcer rat model and electrostatic dysrhythmia rat model.The modeling methods, experiences and research of classic TCM formula were discussed.
