芍药甘草汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察临床上用芍药甘草汤加减联合氟桂利嗪对神经性头痛患者的治疗效果。方法:将于我院临床上就诊的83例神经性头痛患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组43例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,5 mg/d,1次/d,每晚口服;治疗组给予芍药甘草汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗4周后观察患者的头痛发作的次数、头痛发作持续时间、疼痛程度等情况,比较2组治疗的有效率。结果:对照组有效率为75%,治疗组有效率为90.6%,2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后头痛发作次数、持续时间及头痛程度均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组上述指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤加减联合氟桂利嗪治疗神经性头痛具有良好疗效,能有效缓解患者的头痛,使患者的头痛频率、头痛持续时间及头痛程度明显改善,值得临床上进行深入研究和应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shaoyao Gancao decoction combined with flunarizine in treating nerve headache.Methods：Eighty three patients with nerve headache were randomly divided into a control group （ n=40 ） and a treat-ment group （n=43）.Patients in the control group were treated with oral administration of flunarizine before the bed-time,5 mg /day,1 times /day;while patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made decoction-the Shaoyao Gancao decoction com-bined with flunarizine.We observed the number of headache onsets,the duration of headache and the degree of headache.Results：Compared with those in the control group,the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved.The efficiency rate of the control group was 75%,while that of the treatment group was 90.6%.After treatment,the headache frequency,duration and severity of headache were all significantly decreased than before treatment in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）; and the indicators in treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was of statistically significance （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Treating nerve headache with Shaoyao Gancao decoction com-bined with flunarizine has significant treatment effect,which can improve the life quality of the patients,relieve the headache of the patients,and improve the number of headache onsets,the duration of headache and the degree of headache.It is worthy of further research and development.
