安徽省郎溪县8476例足月单胎活产新生儿出生体质量分布

摘　　要：目的分析安徽省郎溪县人民医院出生的足月单胎活产新生儿出生体质量（BW）分布趋势。方法选取2004年1月1日至2013年12月31日在安徽省郎溪县人民医院妇产科分娩的足月单胎活产新生儿,对其BW变化趋势进行方差分析。结果 10 a间安徽省郎溪县共分娩足月单胎活产新生儿8 476例,其中男婴4 381例,女婴4 095例。新生儿BW范围为1 600~5 900 g,平均（3 410.2±562.1）g,其中巨大儿644例（7.6%）,低BW儿229例（2.7%）。男婴巨大儿的发生率高于女婴（χ2=46.51,P〈0.01）。不同产妇年龄组低BW儿及巨大儿发生率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,城市新生儿低BW发生率低于农村,同时城市的巨大儿发生率高于农村;城乡差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论安徽省郎溪县足月单胎活产新生儿BW受较多因素的影响,存在城乡差异,因此合理制定科学的干预措施和孕产期保健服务、普及相关的优生优育知识及适龄孕产,是控制BW在合理范围内的有效措施。Objective To learn birth weight（BW） distribution trend of term singleton live-birth newborns born in Langxi county People＇s Hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted among 8 476 of term singleton live-birth newborns from January 1,2004 to December 31,2013,then the BW distribution was analyzed by analysis of variance.Results There were 8 476 term singleton live-birth newborns delivered in the ten years period,among which 4 381 cases were males and4 095 cases were females.The BW of term infants was from 1 600 to 5 850 g and the average BW was（3 410.2 ± 562.1） g,644（7.6%） macrosomia were delivered,and the number of low BW infants was 229（2.7%）.The rate of macrosomia in males was significantly higher than that in females（χ^2= 46.51,P 〈0.01）,the rate of macrosomia and low BW was variety in four maternal age groups（P 〈0.01）.The rate of low BW in city was significantly lower than that in rural areas and the rate of macrosomia in city was significantly higher than that in rural areas（P 〈0.01）.Conclusions Neonatal BW is affected by many factors and has difference between city and countryside in Langxi County of Anhui Province.Health interventions,maternal healthcare service programme and pre-and post-natal health education should be carried out to achieve normal BW.
