摘　　要：地球科学(地学)专业博士研究生的培养是学科发展的重要基础。通过对比加拿大多伦多大学和中国矿业大学地学专业博士研究生培养体系,分析中加高校培养模式的优势及特色,吸收加拿大地学专业博士研究生培养的优点,为我国相关博士研究生培养、课程改革和发展提供有益借鉴。The cultivation of Ph.D.students in Geo-science is the important foundation for the discipline development.This paper compares the Geo-science Ph.D students training system in China and Canada,analyzes their characteristics and preponderance,and puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation system optimization and curriculum reformation on the basis of the references from Geo-science Ph.D students training system in Canada.
