摘 要:以高分子酸为掺杂剂合成了水溶性聚苯胺,并探讨了掺杂剂体系对产物性能的影响.测试结果表明:采用聚对苯乙烯磺酸掺杂合成的聚苯胺(PANI/PSSA),当[PSSA]/[An]=1,[APS]/[An]=1.2时,产物电导率达到最大值0.19 S/cm,且溶液可长时间稳定.用该溶液与水性环氧树脂共混,在镁合金表面制备出具有防腐、导电双效功能的涂层;电化学阻抗谱及极化曲线研究表明,当面漆中聚苯胺含量为15%时,涂层防腐性能优异,电导率达到4.7×10-6S/cm,相比纯环氧涂层,腐蚀电位正移了279 m V,自腐蚀电流密度从7.01×10-6A/cm2下降到1.31×10-8A/cm2,此时涂层具备防静电和防腐蚀的功能.Water-soluble polyaniline( PANI) doped with polymer acid was synthesized from aniline( An),and the effect of dopant systems on the properties of the product was investigated. The obtained PANI's have been characterized using conductivity measurement,UV-Vis,FTIR and particle-size distribution. It was found that the PANI synthesized using polystyrene sulfonic acid( PSSA)as a dopant( PANI / PSSA) and ammonium persulfate( APS) as an oxidant could give a maximum conductivity of 0. 19 S·cm^- 1when the molar ratio of [PSSA]/[An]= 1 and [APS]/[An]= 1. 2.The polymer solution obtained at the above conditions could keep stable for a long period of time.Conductive and anti-corrosion coatings on a magnesium alloy were prepared by mixing the resulted PANI solution with water-borne epoxy. The coatings were characterized using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method and the results revealed that the optimum content of the PANI in the topcoating was 15%,which had a conductivity of 4. 7 × 10^- 6S·cm^- 1and showed an excellent anticorrosive property. Compared with pure epoxy coating,the corrosion potential of the PANI / PSSA coating had a positive shift of 279 m V,and the corrosion current density decreased from 7. 01 × 10^- 6A·cm^- 2to 1. 31 × 10^- 8A·cm^- 2. The coatings prepared with the PANI / PSSA had the combined functions of anti-corrosion and anti-static.
