摘　　要：[目的]观察3M液体敷料治疗小儿红臀的效果。[方法]将64例红臀患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组采用3M液体敷料喷于皮肤损伤处,对照组采用红臀软膏涂于皮肤损伤处。比较两组患儿红臀治疗效果和愈合时间。[结果]观察组疗效优于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]3M液体敷料治疗小儿红臀的效果优于红臀软膏。Objective： To observe the effect of 3M liquid dressing for treatment of children with red buttock. Methods：64 cases of children with red buttock were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each. the patients in observation group used 3M liquid dressing sprayed on the skin lesions,the patients in control group used red buttock ointment applied on skin lesions. The treatment effect and the healing time of children with red buttock were compared between both groups. Results： The curative effect of pediatric red buttock in observation group was better than that of control group, and the healing time was shorter than that in control group （P（0.05）. Conclusion. The effect of 3M liquid dressings in treating children with red buttock is better than that of red buttock ointment.
