摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理技术综合用于全胃切除术后肠道功能早期恢复的效果。方法选取行全胃切除术患者65例,随机分为对照组33例和观察组32例。对照组按开腹术后护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上联合采用中医护理技术,包括足三里按摩、小茴香热敷腹部、超声透皮治疗及足浴。评价两组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、肠梗阻发生例数。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间显著早于对照组(均P<0.01);观察组发生肠梗阻2例,对照组发生肠梗阻4例,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合应用中医护理技术有利于促进全胃切除术患者肠道功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）nursing techniques on intestinal function recovery after total gastrectomy.Methods A total of 65 patients undergoing total gastrectomy were randomly assigned to a control group（n=33）and an observation group（n=32）.The control group was subjected to routine nursing care,while the observation group was given comprehensive TCM nursing techniques,including Zusanli acupuncture massage,pyrogenic dressing therapy with fennel,transdermal drug delivery,and feet bath.The time to first audible bowel sounds and flatus passage,as well as the incidence of intestinal obstruction were observed in both groups.Results The time to first audible bowel sounds and flatus passage in the observation group was significantly earlier than the control group（P0.01 for both）.Intestinal obstruction was present in two patients in the observation group and 4patients in the control group,with no significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of comprehensive TCM nursing techniques can accelerate intestinal function recovery of patients after total gastrectomy.
