摘  要:目的探讨应用大剂量多巴胺换泵双泵并行适宜时间。方法将85例成人心脏外科术后应用多巴胺〉10μg/(kg·min)的患者,采用双泵法更换多巴胺微量泵;预设双泵并行时间为3s;关闭原通路观察1min,以血压波动〈10%以内为准,确定患者双泵并行适宜时间。结果 85例患者双泵并行时间为(3.24±0.59)s,95%CI为2.60、4.60;更换多巴胺微量泵前后血压、心率及中心静脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。结论对成人心脏外科术后应用大剂量多巴胺患者,可设置为2.60~4.60s作为双泵并行适宜时间。Objective:To investigate the osteogenesis effect of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium) in bone defects repair. Methods:With the precondition of reserving the periosteum,A 10 mm multiply 8 mm perfoliate defect in mandible was made in each animal. They were randomly divided into 2 groups:the Yinyanghuo(Epimedium)group and control group. At postoperative 2,4,8 and 12 weeks,2 rabbits in each group were sacrificed to make the specimens. The defects were evaluated by general observation,radiography,histology and image analysis. The new bone areas were calculated by using ANOVA. Results:At 2,4,8,12 weeks,X-ray showed that the regenerative bone density of Yinyanghuo(Epimedium)group was higher than that of the control group. Histoligical observation showed that the amount and maturity of new bone in Yinyanghuo(Epimedium)group were much more higher than those in control group at each time and the volum of bone trabecula and new blood vessel were more in Yinyanghuo(Epimedium)group than in the control group. The new bone area was calculated by using ANOVA and futher multiple comparisons and the final result indicated that there was obvious significance difference in each group. Conclusion:Yinyanghuo(Epimedium)can effectively accelerate the formation and maturity of new bone for mandibular defect through increasing osteogenic gene expression.
