摘 要:基于碳纤维具有高强高模的性能特点,详细分析碳纤维针织复合材料的研制和应用情况,包括在航空航天、国防军事、电子信息等高科技产业领域的应用和其他领域如体育界、医疗界等的应用。并对较常用的复合材料增强结构——多轴向无屈曲织物的结构设计、材料选择、生产技术等进行研究,表明多轴向无屈曲织物设计灵活,使增强织物具有良好的力学性能,能够制成具有理想机械性能和运行性能的构件。最后提出可以开发碳纤维针织复合材料,形成从聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝到碳纤维复合材料的产业链。Based on the high-strength and high modulus characteristics of carbon fiber, the paper analyzes in detail the situations of development and application of carbon fiber knitted composite materials, including aerospace, security and military, electronic information, sports and medical fields. In addition, it analyzes the structure design, material's selection, production technology of the multi-axial non-crimp fabric, which is the more often-used rein- forced composite materials. The results show that the multi-axial non-crimp fabric bears excellent design flexibility, and lends the reinforced fabrics good mechanical properties to produce high-performance components materials. The paper finally points out that carbon fiber knitted composite materials should be carried out actively to form a whole industrial chain from PAN-based carbon fiber precursor to carbon fiber composite materials.
