摘　　要：提出了多功能全松式连续化练漂机的研发理念,阐述了该设备的构造和特点,并介绍了该连续化练漂机的应用工艺。结果表明,该设备是专门为易拉伸变形针织物练漂而研制的松式练漂机,其松弛程度可达到或超过喷射染色机的松弛水平;具有适应织物品种范围广和工艺范围广的多功能性;能够最大程度地降低棉纤维的损伤程度;保证了最佳的布面效果;大幅度地减少了水、电、蒸汽的消耗。Research idea of muhifunctional and all loose type continuous scouring and bleaching machine was put forward, and the structure and characteristics of this equipment were expounded, and the application process of continuous scouring and bleaching machine was introduced. The results show that this equipment is designed for scouring and bleaching of knitted fabric which is easy to tensile deformation, and whose relaxation degree can reach or exceed that of jet dyeing machine; it has multifunctionality about fitting many kinds of fabric and technol- ogy, can greatly decrease the damage degree of cotton fiber, ensure the effect of fabric and decrease the consump- tion of water, electricity and steam.
