摘  要:阐述了现有的氯化防缩和抗起球技术,并对不同方法整理后羊毛织物的抗起球性和手感进行比较,指出了现有的氯化防缩和抗起球技术的不足。同时,采用一种不产生AOX污染的复合助剂替代二氯异氰尿酸盐(DC)对羊毛纤维进行防缩改性,并将抗起球整理与防缩整理一浴进行。结果表明,防缩剂KJ-2与复合蛋白酶B对羊毛织物进行防缩与抗起球一浴法整理,可以达到传统氯化的机可洗防缩效果,抗起球性得以提高,并保持了较好的手感;整理过程中不产生AOX污染,节能环保。The exsisted chloride-free shrink-resistant and anti-pilling technologies were expounded,and anti- pilling property and fabric hand after being finished by different methods was compared. And the disadvantages of exsisted chloride-free shrink-resistant and anti-pilling technologies were pointed out. At the same time, dichloro cyanurie acid salt(DC) was replaced by composite auxiliaries, which was used for chloride-free modification of wool fiber without producing AOX pollution. And the chloride-free shrink-resistant finishing and anti-pilling finishing was in one bath. The results show that the wool fabric can reach machine washahle shrink-resistant effect after chlo- ride-free shrink-resistant and anti-pilling finishing with shrink-resistant agent K J-2 and compound protease B, and anti-pilling property was improved, and the wool fabric keeps good hand; it contributes to energy conservation and environment protection without producing AOX pollution in the process of finishing.
