摘  要:研究管道的腐蚀行为对预防管道腐蚀,减少材料浪费和经济损失有很大的意义。文中采用电化学阻抗法,研究在不同温度下(40~65℃)某油田采出水对管线钢材质试片的腐蚀规律。试验结果表明:随着温度的升高,管线钢试片的腐蚀逐渐加剧,在60℃时对试片的腐蚀影响最大,温度继续升高,对试片的腐蚀减小。The research of pipeline corrosion behavior has a lot of sense to prevent pipe corrosion, reduce material waste and economic loss. This paper aimed to study the corrosion regulations that oilfield produced water had an effect on pipeline steel specimens with various temperatures(40 ~ 65 ℃ )through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that the corrosion of pipeline steel specimens gradually intensified with temperature increasing. The corrosion reached peak when the tem- perature rose at 60 ℃ and then the corrosion of pipeline steel specimens decreased with rising temperature.
