摘  要:以Geobacter sulfurreducens为产电菌构建双室微生物燃料电池(MFC)。产电菌液分别在0、100、200mT的垂直磁场下动态处理1h,然后接种到MFC1、MFC2和MFC3中,研究动态磁场处理对MFC产电性能的影响。实验结果表明:动态磁场处理使产电菌反应器的启动时间延长、稳定电压降低、表观内阻增大,MFC1、MFC2和MFC3的表观内阻依次为329、507、353Ω;通过电化学阻抗谱测试可知,相比对照组MFC活化内阻,经磁场处理的产电菌MFC全电池的活化内阻变大,其中MFC1、MFC2和MFC3的活化内阻依次为12.34、28.29、16.87Ω;循环伏安测试发现经过动态磁场处理的产电菌其电化学活性降低。Two-chamber microbial fuel cells(MFC)were constructed and inoculated with Geobacter sulfurreducens.The exoelctrogen suspension was dynamically treated in 0,100,200 mT vertical magnetic fields for 1hrespectively and then inoculated into MFC1,MFC2 and MFC3to study the effects of dynamic magnetic field on electricity production.The results showed that treatment with dynamic magnetic field prelonged the startup time,lowered the steady voltage,and increased the apparent internal resistance of reactors.The apparent internal resistance of MFC1,MFC2 and MFC3 were 329,507 Ω and 353 Ωrespectively.The test results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indicated that the MFC with magnetic treatment had the higher charge transfer resistance compared to those without magnetic treatment.The charge transfer resistance of MFC1,MFC2 and MFC3were 12.34,28.29Ωand 16.87Ωrespectively.The measurement of cyclic voltammetry found that the treatment with dynamic magnetic field reduced the electrochemical activity of exoelctrogens.
