摘  要:为研究非能动余热排出换热器(PRHR HX)的传热特性搭建了模型实验台,并进行了相关实验。测得实验工况下水箱内部的水在竖直方向上呈现温度分层。对比分析不同的传热系数计算公式,发现由Dittus-Boelter公式计算得到的管内传热系数理论解与实验值最为接近,误差为0.35%;由McAdams公式计算得到的管外自然对流传热系数理论解与实验值最为接近,水平段和竖直段误差分别为0.55%和3.28%。明确了最适合管内、管外对流的传热计算公式分别为Dittus-Boelter公式和McAdams公式。Experimental model of the heat transfer characteristics of the passive residual heat removal heat exchanger(PRHR HX)was built and experiments were performed.The tank fluid rose gradually which lead to a thermal stratification phenomenon.Comparisons of different correlation in literatures with the experimental data were carried out.The errors between the theoretical of Dittus-Boelter correlation and experimental heat transfer coefficient of the tube inside single-phase heat transfer is 0.35%.For the tube outside natural convection,the errors of McAdams correlations reach about 0.55%for the horizontal region and 3.28% for the vertical region.The best-estimate fit correlation for tube inside single-phase convection is Dittus-Boelter correlation and the tube outside natural convection heat transfer correlations are McAdams correlations.
