血清亲环素A与慢性心力衰竭关系的研究

摘　　要：目的联合检测慢性心力衰竭患者血清亲环素A(Cy PA)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和脑钠肽(BNP)表达,探讨三者在慢性心力衰竭中的作用。方法观察组为慢性心力衰竭(CHF)50例,选取我院同期体检证实为健康者50例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测2组患者血清中Cy PA及BNP浓度,采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测2组患者血清中hs-CRP浓度,进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清中Cy PA、BNP和hs-CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者血清中Cy PA与BNP浓度呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.01);观察组患者血清中Cy PA与hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.0001);观察组患者血清中BNP与hs-CRP浓度呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.0001)。结论慢性心衰患者血清中Cy PA、BNP和hs-CRP浓度显著升高,其可能与慢性心力衰竭的病情发展相关。Objective To explore the role of cyclophilin A（ CyPA）,brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP） and high sensitive C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods 50 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital were selected as an observation group. At the same time,50 people confirmed to be healthy by physical examination were selected as a control group. Serum levels of CyPA and BNP were measured by ELISA,and those of hs-CRP were measured by immune colorimetric method. Results Serum CyPA,BNP and hs-CRP concentration in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 001）. Serum CyPA was correlated positively with serum BNP and CRP in the CHF patients（ r1 = 0. 45,r2 = 0. 48,P〈0. 001,P〈 0. 0001,respectively）; Serum BNP was correlated positively with serum CRP in the CHF patients（ r3 = 0. 76,P 〈0. 0001）,but not in the controls. Conclusion The increase of serum CyPA,BNP and hs-CRP levels might be correlated with the development of CHF.
