龙胆清痤方联合四步法在面部寻常型痤疮患者中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究龙胆清痤方联合四步法在面部寻常型痤疮患者中的疗效。方法:选取2012年3月至2014年2月来我院接受治疗的痤疮患者200例,选取2012年3月至2013年2月的100例患者作为对照组,采用四步法;选取2013年3月至2014年2月的100例患者作为观察组,采用龙胆清痤方联合四步法。对比两组患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗痊愈率、总有效率显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗结束后的第6周12周,与对照组相比,观察组患者的复发率显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆清痤方联合四步法治疗面部寻常型痤疮患者的效果更好,复发率更低。Objective：To study the effect of long dan qing zuo fang combined with four-step methods in acne vulgaris patients .Method：Selected 200 acne vulgaris patients in our hospital for treatment from Mar . 2012 to Feb.2014, selected 100 patients from Mar.2012 to Feb.2013 as the control group, using the four-step methods;selected 100 patients from Mar.2013 to Feb.2014 as the observation group, using long dan qing zuo fang combined with four-step methods .Compared the treatment effect and recurrence with patients of two groups .Result：Compared with the control group , the cure rate and total efficiency significantly in-creased in the observed group , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.On the end of the 6th and 12th week after treatment , compared with the control group , the recurrence rate of patients in the obser-vation group decreased significantly , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：Longdanqingzuo combined with four-step methods for treatment in acne vulgaris patients has a better treat-ment effect and lower recurrence rate .
