外源激素诱导母犬同期发情和排卵试验

摘　　要：为取得良好的同期发情效果和排卵率,采用PMSG和HCG激素联合使用诱导母犬发情和排卵。采用外部观法和公犬试情的发情鉴定方法,观察PMSG和HCG对犬诱导发情的影响,结果:PMSG连用5 d的Ⅱ实验组和连用7 d的Ⅲ实验组均表现出100%的发情率,并且均高于连用3 d的Ⅰ试验组的发情率(40%)和空白对照组的发情率(0%)。同时,利用外科手术的方法观察发情母犬排卵情况,结果:Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组2个实验组均获得了100%发情率,发情母犬分别获得55%和75%的排卵率,且排卵率两者差异显著(P<0.05)。试验证明外源使用PMSG和HCG可以有效诱导乏情期母犬同期发情和排卵。In order to obtain favorable effect of oestrus synchronization and ratio of ovulation, PMSG and HCG were used to induce oestrus and ovulation.Using the estms diagnosis methods of external observation and teaser test. The effects of PMSG and HCG on the induction estrus of canine were studied.The resuh showed that the oestrus rate of 11 and m treatment group which injected PMSG 5 times and 7 times both were 100%,were higher than those in I group which injected 3 times （40%）and the control group （0%）.Using the method of surgical laparotomy to observation of estrus and owJlation. The estms rate of Ⅴ and Ⅵ group were 100%, ovulation rate was 55% and 75% respectively. They are significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. it was effective to induce the synchroniza- tion estrus and ovulation of bitch by using exogenous PMSG and HCG.
