摘　　要：为了加快辽宁农村教育信息化的进程,提高农村教育质量,采用Web技术和物联网技术,设计并实现了辽宁农村远程教育平台,该平台具有远程教学、自主学习、动态交互、数据采集、数据分析和教学反馈调整等功能,完成了对学习者学习过程的全面管理。通过平台的运行提高了辽宁农村教育质量,提升了辽宁农村教育信息化的程度。In order to accelerate the progress of rural education informationalization in Liaonlng Provmce and to improve the quality of rural education, based on the current situation of rural education, this paper utilized the technology of Intemet of Things and Web, designed and implemented the long-distance rural education platform. The platform can implement the function of long-distance teaching, autonomic learning, dynamic interaction, behavior data acquisition, data analysis and teaching feedback adjustion, all-round management on learners＇ learning process. By using the platform, the quality of rural education is improved and so did the degree of rural education informationalization.
