摘  要:针对高含硅污水进行不同程度软化后回用注汽锅炉出现的炉管结垢问题进行实验研究。整个中试实验现场运行300天,利用国家标准、行业标准及ICP-AES等对2种不同的软化水质中的主要指标及结垢性金属元素进行测定。发现普通软化(PR)和深度软化(SR)水质中结垢性金属元素总量分别为0.101 mg/L和0.020 mg/L。通过SEM/EDS、XRD对2种垢质进行了元素及化合物分析,发现PR水质形成的垢质主要元素组成为C、O、Ca、Mg、Fe、Si、Na,主要化合物为Ca Si O3、Ca CO3和Si O2等;SR水质形成的垢质主要元素组成为C、O、Fe、Si、Na,主要化合物为Fe3O4、Na Fe Si2O6和Si O2等。最后,结合水质及垢质的分析得出,随着软化程度的加深,腐蚀产物为炉管垢质的主要成分,控制炉管腐蚀能极大的控制垢量。Aiming at scaling in steam- injection boiler with effluent from silica- rich( 260 mg / L) oilfield wastewater with different levels of softening,it took 300 days in the pilot- scale test. By the national standards,industry standards and ICP- AES,the main indexes and metal elements of scaling were determined in two different waters. The results showed that the concentrations of metal elements of scales in average from the general softening( PR) and advanced softening( SR) were 0. 101 mg / L and 0. 020 mg / L,respectively. By SEM / EDS and XRD,the elements and compounds in the scale were analyzed,finding that the major element compositions of the PR scale and SR scale were C,O,Ca,Mg,Fe,Si,Na and C,O,Fe,Si,Na,respectively. In the PR scale,the main compounds were Ca Si O3,Ca CO3 and Si O2. While the main compounds were Fe3O4,Na Fe Si2O6 and Si O2 in the SR scale. According to the analysis of water and scale,it was confirmed that the main composition of scale was corrosion production with the higher- level of softening,and the scale was reduced when the corrosivity of water was controlled.
