摘  要:以磷石膏为主料,辅以电石渣、石硝骨料等制备非烧结磷石膏承重砖,通过实验获得了承重砖优化配比。研究表明:在最佳配比下,不加入水泥,其7 d抗压强达到10-17 MPa,抗折强度达到3-6 MPa,凝结时间正常,耐水性良好;同时通过综合实验还考察了磷石膏的p H值、骨料比例、成型压力、水固比、外加剂等因素对磷石膏承重砖抗压强度的影响。The phosphogypsum as main material,supplemented by carbide slag、stone chips aggregate and so on,non- sintered phosphogypsum load- bearing brick was prepared,and the optimizing blending of the load- bearing brick was obtained through experiment. The research showed that under the optimal proportion,not to join the cement,the 7 d compressive strength could reach 10 ~ 18 MPa,the flexural strength could reach 3 ~ 6 MPa,the setting time was normal,water resistance was also very good. At the same time,the comprehensive experiment the influence on compressive strength of the p H value of the phosphogypsum,aggregate proportion,forming pressure,water- solid ratio,admixture and other factors was also investigated.
