摘 要:研究了磷酸二异辛基酯(P204)从高硅质钒矿浸出液中萃取钒的工艺过程,考察了加入还原铁的量、有机相组成和萃取级数对钒的萃取率的影响,设计了正交实验考察p H值、相比、接触时间、静置时间对钒的萃取率的影响;并考察了反萃酸度对反萃率的影响。研究表明:用磷酸二异辛基酯(P204)萃取钒时,经六级萃取萃取率可达91.39%以上;用1.5 mol/L H2SO4经三级反萃,反萃率为89.16%。P204萃取提钒,可以使钒得到纯化与富集,简化后续工艺。The technological process of extracting vanadium from the siliceous navajoite acid- leaching solution with P204 was researched. The influences of reducer amount,the composition of organic phase,the times of extraction on extraction rate of vanadium were studied. Orthogonal experiment was designed to investigate the effects of p H value,organic phase to aguo- phase,contacting time and setting time. The effect of backextracting acidity on backextraction rate was determined. The research results showed that the extraction rate was up to 91. 39% after six steps extraction with P204. When 1. 5 mol / L H2SO4 was taken as backextraction,the yield exceeded 89. 16%. By the way of extraction,the concentration of vanadium could be raised from several grams per liter to more than twenty grams per liter,and the major impurities were removed. These would be of advantage to precipitation.
