叶下珠多酚的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了叶下珠有效成分的提取方法,以总多酚的提取率为目标,考察了不同浓度的乙醇为提取剂并以不同的提取时间,不同的提取温度为影响因素。利用正交法选出最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取时间80 min,提取温度90℃,乙醇浓度55%。The extraction of effective component of Phyllanthus urinaria L. was studied. Taking the total polyphenols extraction rate as the goal,the influencing factors,such as ethyl alcohol in different concentration as extractant,extraction time,and extraction temperature,were studied. As the result,the best extraction process condition using the orthogonal law was as follows： extraction time of 80 min,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,and ethyl alcohol density of 55%.
