摘　　要：地方高校化学实验教师队伍建设在本科教学及人才培养中起着关键性的作用。实验教师队伍的状况直接关系着实验教学水平的高低。本文从地方高校化学实验教师队伍建设存在的问题着手,探讨了地方高校实化学验教师队伍的组建机制及具体的建设举措。The chemical experiment teacher team construction in local colleges played a critical role in undergraduate teaching and talent cultivation. The chemistry experiment teaching level was directly dependent on the situation of experiment teaching team. The construction mechanism and detailed construction measures of chemistry experiment teaching team in local colleges from the questions of chemistry experiment teaching team construction in local colleges was discussed.
