定置管理在民族类高校实训课程中的应用初探

摘　　要：在高校实训课程中应用定置管理方法,进行科学有效的分析,使人、物、场所三者之间的关系达到最佳配置状态,对于提高学校实训课程的教学水平具有重要的意义。作为民族院校,生源学习基础差异大,从学生易于接受的实训课程中引入最基本的定置管理理念,培养学生的操作习惯,有益于学生在工作之前获得基本素养的培训。把枯燥繁琐的定置管理理论引入到实训课程的教学中,使学生在具体的操作过程中理解管理理论的精髓。Application of location management in college training course and through the analysis of scientific and effective,the relationship between people,objects and places to achieve the best configuration,it played an important role in improving school teaching level of training course. In ethnic universities,students learning foundation was different.The most basic concept of location management had been introduced to students. It was accepted from the easy training course. The students＇ operating habits had been cultivated. Before working,the students had obtained the basic literacy training. Introducing boring and tedious management theory into practice teaching,the students understood the essence of management theory in the concrete operation process.
