摘 要:采用微波加热与氢氟酸酸蚀的联合工艺去除石英砂气液包裹体,研究了微波功率、微波时间、酸蚀温度、酸蚀浓度、酸蚀时间对去除石英砂气液包裹体的影响。结果表明:石英砂经微波功率为1500 W,微波作用时间30 min处理后,其光透过率为80%,达到了一级水晶的光透过率指标。再将经微波处理后的石英砂用浓度为0.3 mol/L的氢氟酸溶液在80℃的恒温水浴中酸浸5 h,此时的石英砂光透过率可由之前的80%提高到91%,最大程度去除了石英砂气液包裹体。Removing fluid inclusions in quartz sand by microwave heating and hydrofluoric acid leaching, the effect of microwave power, microwave time, acid etching temperature, acid etching concentration, acid etching time on removing fluid inclusions in quartz were studied. The result showed that light transmittance of quartz sand was 80% after treated with 1500 W microwave power for 30 min, which reached to light transmittance index of 1-crystal. However, when quartz sand handled with microwave above-metioned added to hydrofluoric acid solution with the concentration of 0. 3 mol/L during 80℃ thermostatic water hath for 5 h, its light transmittance of quartz sand was 91%.
