摘  要:介绍了应用OIL480型红外测油仪测定炼油工业废水中石油类物质的方法原理、主要仪器试剂及样品的制备过程。通过测定仪器校正系数,建立高、低浓度范围的标准工作曲线,考察了测量的精密度和准确度,并将红外光谱法与非分散红外法进行了标样和实际水样的对比试验。结果表明该方法的相对标准偏差和加标回收率均能达到监测质量要求,可以应用于炼油污水中石油类含量的测定。The preparation process determination principle, method of oil material refining in industrial wastewater main instruments and reagent and sample application of OIL480 type infrared oil measuring instrument were introduced. By measuring instrument calibration coefficient, set high, low concentration range of the standard working curve, the measurement precision and accuracy were examined, and standard sample and actual sample were tested by the infrared spectrum and non dispersive infrared method. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the method and the recovery rate can reach the monitoring quality requirements, and the process can be applied to the determination of oil content in oil refining sewage.
