摘  要:裂解炉在满足原料多样化生产的同时,由于裂解产物发生较大的变化,严重偏离了最初的设计,为满足下游工艺系统的要求,裂解装置不断优化组合裂解炉的投料模式,并且借助SPYRO软件进行模拟,在实际的生产过程中不断总结,解决生产过程中的瓶颈问题。目前装置的投料模式从以前的单一的石脑油投料模式拓展至十余种投料模式,通过轻重搭配,解决了原料轻质化带来的困难,石脑油投料比例从100%下降到目前最低的17%,为降低乙烯原料成本,提高蒸汽裂解制乙烯行业摸索生存发展空间。Cracking furnace was operated to meet the variety of raw material, at the same time, the change of pyrolysis products was seriously deviated from the original design. To meet the requirements of downstream process system, the cracking unit continuously optimized the combination of cracking furnace feeding mode, with the help of SPYRO software simulation, in the practical production process to solve the bottleneck problem in the process of production was summarized unceasingly. Current feeding mode was from the previous single naphtha feed to expand to more than 10 kinds of feeding mode. By the collocation of light materials and heavy materials, the difficulties were solved by lightening of the raw material. As the result, the naphtha feeding ratio decreased from 100% to 17%. It reduced costs of raw material of ethylene, and improved the steam cracking ethylene industry for the survival and development space.
