摘　　要：本文研究《睡虎地秦墓竹简》《日书》甲种玄戈篇,认为12枚简构成了一个占星表。本文首先纠正释文造成三星连凶的误读,逐栏解析该表的构造方法,考察2260年前占星家造表的天算知识,据此复原完整无误的占星表,认为该表包含世界上第一个四阶拉丁方,进而指出原简存在的13处错误或遗漏。This paper makes a study on the article ＂Xuan Ge＂ in the Day Book（A） from the Bamboo Slips of Shuihudi in the Qin Tomb （《睡虎地秦墓竹简》《日书》甲种玄戈篇） and reaches the conclusion that 12 bamboo slips form an astrological table. The paper holds that the original annotation of this article is misleading, because it causes people to think that ＂three linked stars is a bad omen＂. It analyzes the constructing method of the table, makes inference concerning astrologers＇ astronomical and mathematical knowledge 2260 years ago, and makes an effort to recover the astrological table. The paper holds that this table contains the world＇s first fourth order Latin square, and then points out the 13 errors or omissions in the original slips.
