摘　　要：根据当前军事斗争准备对科技动员提出的基本要求,在科技动员基本理论的指导下,剖析了国防科技动员指挥信息系统建设的国内外现状,提出了构建国防科技动员指挥信息系统的总体设想。Based on the current military struggle preparation for science and technology ,this paper puts forward the basic requirement in mobilization under the guidance of the basic theory of science and technology ,analyzes the status at home and abroad of the construction of the defense science ,technology and mobilize the command information system ,puts forward the overall construction of national defense mobilization of science and technology command information system .
