盐酸阿罗洛尔治疗中青年高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察盐酸阿罗洛尔对中青年高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者的降压及改善舒张功能的临床效果。方法选取中青年高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者61例，随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例，在常规治疗基础上，治疗组给予盐酸阿罗洛尔片10～15 mg/次，每日2次，对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片25～50 mg/次，每日2次，观察2组治疗前、治疗12周后血压、心率、左心室舒张功能指标及6 min步行距离。结果治疗12周后，治疗组血压控制明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组较对照组左心室舒张末期内径、左心房内径降低（P＜0.05）；E/A及EF值均明显升高（P＜0.05）；治疗组6 min步行距离较对照组延长（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸阿罗洛尔对中青年高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者具有良好的逆转左心室重塑、改善舒张功能和降压的综合效果。Objective To observe the antihypertensive effects and the clinical effect of Arotinoloon on middle aged hypertensive patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods Sixty-one cases of middle aged hypertensive with dia- stolic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of routine treat- ment, treatment group received arotinolo 10-15 mg twice daily and control group received metoprolol 25-50 mg twice daily. The blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular diastolic function indexes and 6 minutes walking distance before treatment and the end of 12 weeks treatment of two groups were observed. Results After 12 weeks treatment,blood pressure,heart rate, LVEDD, LAD of treatment group significantly reduced than control group （P〈0.05）. E/F and EF increased significantly than control group （P〈0.05）; 6 minutes walking distance was significantly longer than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arotinolol can reverse left ventricular remodeling, improve diastolic function and lower blood pressureon of the middle aged hypertensive with diastolic heart failure.
