摘　　要：基于环境保护的生态加工技术和国家清洁生产促进法的要求,机械加工行业应该从保护环境的目的出发,深入研究改善生产环境、节省能源、保障人体健康和降低加工成本的加工技术。金属切削加工过程中,在既不缩短刀具使用寿命也不影响加工表面质量的前提下,使切削液的使用量达到最少。研究开发使用微少量可自然降解油剂加水等形态的切削液的新型切削加工方法及设备,是一种行之有效的清洁生产技术,很有发展前途。Based on the requirements of environmental protection technology and the national cleaner production promo tion law, mechanical processing industry should start from protecting environment, research on improving the production environment, energy saving, protection of human health and reduce processing costs in-depth. In the metal cutting process, under the condition of neither shortening tool life, nor affecting the processing the quality of the surface, realized minimum cutting fluid. Development and using small amount are new cutting method of cutting fluid natural degradation of oil water form, and it is a kind of effective clean production technology, which is very promising.
