摘 要:随着电子技术的飞速发展和不断提高,产品电装设计对电子设备内的电缆提出了更高的要求。电缆组件的制造工艺性也较以前变得更加复杂和多样,而电缆组件的装配质量则是影响整机电气可靠性的关键因素之一。以整机电装中最关键的高速传输差分电缆为例,先介绍了高速传输差分信号技术在电子产品中的应用,然后列举了差分电缆在日常工作中常见的一些失效案例,并对其进行了分析,提出了差分电缆制作过程中的关键点及其控制建议,为生产高可靠性产品提供了有力的工艺保障。With the rapid development of electronic technology and continuously improving products, cable electrical in stallation design for electronic equipment s was put forward higher requirements.
