摘　　要：农村科技信息服务村村通农业科技推广体系是由石家庄市农林科学研究院等几家单位共同创新并研究发展起来的。文章从内涵、构建研究和发展分析3个方面,阐述了农村科技信息服务村村通农业科技推广体系的研究和发展。旨为提高农业信息化水平,及时、准确和高效传播农业科技信息到千家万户,直接转化农业技术和科技成果到田间地头,有效解决农业科技推广"最后一公里"的难题。The agricultural technology popularizing system with rural technology information service for every village was developed by Shijiazhuang Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences together with other units after innovation and research. The study and development of this system was elaborated from three aspects： connotation, research of structure and developing of analysis. The study aimed at promoting the level of agricultural informatization, to popularize the agricultural technology to thousands of family promptly, with accurate and high efficiency, transforming the agricultural technology and technological achievements directly into the farmers ’hands, and solving the difficult problem of“last one-kilometer”effectively.
