摘  要:文章采用人力资源效率、人力资源流动净量、年度人才资源竞争力和人力资源创新指数这4个量化指标,科学分析和评价了2010~2012年3所不同类型的农业科研机构的人力资源和科研产出状况,直观地反映出人才的总量、存量、增量、流量、功能、结构及相应产出。根据上述量化指标分析,不同类型的研究机构情况不同。量化的人力资源管理指标适宜进行农业科研机构人才储备、投入和科技成果产出的相关性研究,简单实用,可为我国农业科研机构加强人才资源管理、提高人才利用率、促进科技发展提供参考和借鉴。With the four quantified indices adopted, such as human resource efficiency, human resource net flow, annual human resource competitiveness and human resource innovation index, the human resource and scientific research output of three different kinds of agricultural research institutes from 2010 to 2012 were scientifically analyzed and evaluated in the paper, which directly showed the total volume, reserved volume, increased volume, flowing volume, function, structure and relevant output of human resource. According to the quantified index analysis, different kinds of research will have different conditions. Quantified human resource management index is suitable for agricultural scientific research institute to do the research on the relativity of human resource reserve and input and scientific research achievement output. It is simple but practical and can facilitate the Chinese agricultural research institutes to enhance human resource management, lift talent using efficiency and promote science and technology development.
