摘 要:将不同浓度自毒物质香草醛添加到3种土壤(暗棕壤、白浆土、草甸黑土)中,探讨其对土壤有效磷含量及无机磷组分的影响。结果表明,添加不同浓度香草醛后,3种土壤有效磷含量均降低,降低幅度表现为暗棕壤>白浆土>草甸黑土。添加不同浓度香草醛后,3种土壤无机磷总量均增加;但无机磷各组分含量变化不尽相同,Ca2-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例均降低,O-P、Ca10-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例(白浆土O-P除外)均增加,Ca8-P、Al-P、Fe-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例变化不同。总体上,暗棕壤Ca8-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例增加,其他土壤降低;暗棕壤和白浆土Al-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例降低,草甸黑土增加;暗棕壤Fe-P含量及其占无机磷总量比例降低,白浆土、草甸黑土Fe-P含量增加,但其占无机磷总量比例在0.001mol/L处理分别出现降低、增加,与其他浓度处理变化趋势相反。综上,外源香草醛施入土壤后,短期内降低了土壤有效磷含量并影响土壤无机磷组分分布。The effects of different concentrations of vanillin on available phosphate and inorganic phosphate fraction in three kinds of soils( dark brown soil,albic soil and meadow black soil) were studied.The results showed that the addition of vanillin decreased the content of available phosphate in three kinds of soils,the order was dark brown soil 〉albic soil 〉meadow black soil; the addition of vanillin increased the content of the total inorganic phosphate,but he changes of the Ca8-P,Al-P,Fe-P contents and their proportions in the total inorganic phosphate content were not identical. The Ca2-P content and its proportion in the total inorganic phosphate content decreased,the O-P and Ca10-P contents and their proportions in the total inorganic phosphate content increased except the O-P proportion in albic soil. On the whole,the Ca8-P content and its proportion in the total inorganic phosphate content increased in dark brown soil,and decreased in the other kinds of soils; the Al-P content and its proportion in the total inorganic phos-phate content increased in meadow black soil,and decreased in the other kinds of soils; the Fe-P content and its proportion in the total inorganic phosphate content decreased in dark brown soil,the Fe-P content increased in albic soil and meadow black soil,the Fe-P proportion in the total inorganic phosphate content decreased in albic soil and increased in meadow black soil under the treatment with the addition of 0. 001 mol / L vanillin,which were opposite to the other concentrations of vanillin. In conclusion,the addition of exogenous vanillin decreased the content of available phosphate,and influenced the inorganic phosphate distribution in soil in a short term.
