摘 要:上海中心大厦作为建筑高度632m的超高层建筑,其竖向供水系统采用以高位水箱重力供水为主的生活消防合用系统。这种合用供水系统在超高层建筑中的运用,具有节省塔楼设备层机房面积,简化供水管线等优势,但也带来了转输水泵联动控制复杂的问题。对上海中心大厦生活消防合用供水系统的水泵联动控制设计进行介绍,通过把楼宇状态分为非火灾状态和火灾状态,分别对应转输水泵联动控制的平时工况与消防工况,以解决生活消防合用供水泵组的联动控制问题。Shanghai Tower is a high-rising building with the height of 632 meters. Its vertical water supply system is a combined system of domestic and fireqighting water supply with high-po- sition gravity water tank system. The application of this combined water supply system in high-rising building had the advantages of saving MEP room area, simplifying the water supply network, etc. However, it brought the problem of complicated linkage control of pump complex. In this paper, the Shanghai Tower linkage control of transformation pumps in domestic and fire-fighting combined water supply system was briefly introduced. Dividing the building condition into non-fire disaster condition and fire disaster condition, the linkage control of pump complex was classified as normal operation and fire-fighting operation correspondingly; as a result , the problem was solved.
