摘　　要：针对内蒙古自治区气候特征,在白音华-霍林郭勒运煤专线公路附近建立了公路气象站,并铺筑了气象观测试验路,对太阳辐射、环境温度、湿度、风速、风向、降雨量、蒸发量、路面内部温度进行了长期观测,采集了2009年-2013年的气象数据,详细分析了环境因素对水泥混凝土路面滑模施工的影响,得出最佳施工时间。According to the climate characteristics of Inner Mongolia, a weather station has been established near the coal line which is from Baiyinhua to Huolinguole, and meanwhile a road is paved for meteorological observation test. A long-term observation has carried on the sun radiation, environmental temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, Meteorological data is collected from 2009 to 2013. pavement construction of environmental factors, the evaporation, and surface internal temperature. Based on the influence analysis for cement concrete best sliding formwork time is determined.
