摘　　要：目的:了解Carroll双上肢功能测试(UEFT)是否能更好地反映脑瘫(CP)患儿的精细运动情况。方法:75例非偏瘫CP患儿和29例偏瘫型CP患儿,均进行UEFT、Gesell、PDMS-2测试。分析UEFT分值与Gesell中精细运动年龄(DA)、发育商(DQ)、PDMS-2中抓握原始分、抓握标准分、视觉-整合原始分、视觉-整合标准分、精细运动发育商(FMQ)的相关性,比较偏瘫型CP患儿UEFT中健侧手和患侧手的差异性。结果:75例CP非偏瘫患儿UEFT分值与Gesell中DA和DQ呈显著相关(r分别为0.828、0.462,P均<0.01);UEFT分值与PDMS-2中抓握原始分及标准分、视觉-整合原始分及标准分、FMQ呈显著相关(r分别为0.717、0.477、0.689、0.378、0.503,P均<0.01)。29例CP偏瘫患儿健侧手UEFT分值与Gesell发育量中精细运动DA、PDMS-2发育量中抓握原始分、视觉-整合原始分呈显著相关(r分别为0.722、0.713、0.778,P均<0.01);患侧手UEFT评分与Gesell发育量中精细运动DA、PDMS-2发育量中抓握原始分、视觉-整合原始分呈显著相关(r分别为0.591、0.633、0.713,P均<0.01)。偏瘫型CP患儿健侧手和患侧手UEFT分值比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.708,P<0.01)。结论:UEFT、Gesell和PDMS-2发育量表均可用于CP患儿精细运动功能评定,而UEFT分值能更好地反映偏瘫型CP患儿健、患手精细运动功能的差异,更利于制订康复计划与确定康复目标。Objective：To investigate if Carroll upper extremities functional test（UEFT）is a better rating scales for evaluating fine motor function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods：Seventy-five children with non-hemiplegic palsy and 29 children with hemiplegic palsy were evaluated by the Carroll UEFT,the Gesell developmental scale and the PMDS-2.The scores of Carroll UEFT were compared respectively with the developmental age（DA）and developmental quotient（DQ）of Gesell developmental scale in fine motor domain and the PDMS-2scores in fine motor domains by the SPSS 16.0statistical software,and their correlation coefficients（r）were evaluated.At the same time,in children with hemiplegic palsy,the UEFT scores of the affected limb were compared with those of the health limb.Results：In the non-hemiplegic palsy group（n=75）,the correlations of the Carroll UEFT scores with the DA and DQ of Gesell developmental scale in fine motor domain were analyzed respectively with the correlation coefficients being 0.828 and 0.462respectively（P〈0.01）.The correlation coefficients of the UEFT scores with the PDMS-2grasping raw scores,standard grasping scores,vision-integration raw,vision-integration standard scores,and FMQ were 0.717,0.477,0.689,0.378,and 0.503respectively（P〈0.01）.In the hemiplegic palsy group（n=29）,the correlation coefficients of the UEFT scores at healthy side with the DA of Gesell developmental scale in fine motor domain,the PDMS-2grasping raw scores,and vision-integration raw scores were 0.722,0.713,and 0.778respectively（P〈0.01）.And the correlation coefficients of the UEFT scores at the affected side with the DA of Gesell developmental scale in fine motor domain,the PDMS-2grasping raw scores,and vision-integration raw scores were 0.591,0.633 and 0.713respectively（P〈0.01）.Compared the UEFT scores of healthy side with the affected side,the difference was significant（Z=-4.708,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The Carroll UEFT scores were highly correlated with the DA of Gesell dev
