摘　　要：分析了棉/木浆纤维/羊绒/绢丝柔洁混色纺纱线的成纱结构、性能指标和功能特点,并根据所开发衬衫面料的规格要求,有针对性的制定了织造及后整理工艺路线。采用清洁化生产技术优化了各工序的工艺参数,实现了面料生产的高效率和高品质,为高附加值衬衫产品的开发提供了一种功能性高档面料。Formed yarn structure, performance index and function property of cotton/wood fiber/cashmere/spun silk dyed yarn made by smooth and clean spinning technology are analyzed with weaving and finishing process routes are determined based on the requirements of specification of the developing shirt fabric. Technology parameters of every process are optimized by using clean production technology. Thus the fabric is produced with high efficiency and high quality, provided high added value fabric for shirt products.
