摘　　要：阐述了纯棉双层双向强捻织物的设计宗旨,分析了该品种生产的技术难点及要点,详细地介绍了准备、织造工序所采取的工艺技术措施。指出上浆工艺采用高浓、低黏度、中压力较为适宜,浆纱时退绕张力应适当加大,喂入伸长率、湿伸长率应适当提高。针对双向强捻品种采取了二次起篦子等创新操作措施,使织造较为顺利。This paper expounds the purpose of the design of pure cotton S and Z twist yarn double overtwisted fabric with the technical difficulties and key points of the fabric production analyzed, the technology measures for preparation and weaving process detailed and a high concentration, low viscosity and medium pressure sizing process suggested. And sizing unwinding tension should be appropriately increased, feeding elongation and wet elongation should also be appropriately increased. For the S and Z twist yarn double overtwisted fabric, innovation operation measures of twice combing are adopted to make weaving easier.
